Comprehensive refurbishment of 4 units that were in a dilapidated condition with unsuitable fit out still in place.
This was an extensive refurbishment project of 4 units to run concurrently.
The units were ‘tired’ and had been vacant for some time. We were instructed to strip out all or most of the tenant built internal structures and return the units to original layouts.
These comprehensive works included replacing;
The roof lights
Emergency exit doors
Double glazed entrance doors
Windows
Security shutters
Some of the units had usable offices and these were made serviceable again with a complete redecoration and new carpets/vinyl. Strengthening works were carried out to any retained mezzanine structures to ensure they were suitable for future use.
One particular unit had so many offices built within, the warehouse space was unrecognizable. This unit was significantly stripped out to leave a sensible sized office and ample usuable warehouse space.
We were pleased to handover the units to the client ready and prepared for market.
