Cleveland Street, Darlington

We are very pleased with the outcome of this external redecoration scheme at Cleveland Street Industrial Estate in Darlington for an industrial landlord client. FNP carried out the full external decoration, including cladding treatment on this well occupied property. We hope that the occupiers and and client are as pleased with the results as we are.

It certainly lifts the estate overall and with only a couple of units available, prepares them well for market!
