About FNP

FNP is a family business, based in Hull, East Yorkshire but with national reach. Established in 2013 by Managing Director Carl Fothergill, we deeply value the reputation we have built as a reliable and responsive industrial and commercial property maintenance company.

Over the years we have cut our teeth and honed our skills in the maintenance and refurbishment of industrial and office properties, with a particular focus on multi-occupied estates and portfolios. We deploy a range of trades and professionals to be a truly one stop shop for property maintenance and improvement.

We make it a priority to get to know our clients and their business well, so we can bring added value to the table by tailoring what we do to your objectives and KPIs.

Each of our jobs is run by a dedicated and experienced professional manager who will be the regular client liaison, and we deploy only regular tried and tested trades as well as sub contractors from our select list of approved contractors, where necessary.

Accredited by Construction Line Gold and Safe Contractor and led by our MD, a Chartered Member of IOSH, we offer our clients the assurance of safe, high-quality work and top-notch service.
